P3 - Our Good Work
Preparing for First Reconciliation
Here you will see how our pupils work very hard, diligently and spiritually to prepare themselves for this Sacrament.
From the pupils of St. Leonards P.S., East Kilbride
Primary 3 we have been working very hard to prepare for their First Reconciliation.
They began by thinking about how special they are.
They then researched the Sacrament of Baptism
After hearing stories from the Bible about times when Jesus used His hands to heal others, the children enjoyed thinking about times when they used their hands to help others.
Finally, after discussing good and bad choices, we discussed how we can say sorry when we make a bad choice, and start again. God will always forgive us when we say sorry to Him.
