Easter Message from Bishop Joseph Toal
I extend warm Easter greetings to all in the Diocese of Motherwell, and pray that the Risen Lord may bless you, your families, parishes, schools and communities with his grace and peace. We pray especially for peace in the world, and for those suffering because of war, terrorism, and persecution. As we progress through the Jubilee Year of Mercy, especially as we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday next weekend, let us continue to reach out to the Lord in our own need for his healing love and forgiveness, and let us strive to show his mercy to others in out words and good deeds.
