Please pray for the repose of the soul of Jim McShane, father of Father John Paul McShane, who died earlier this week.
Jim had comparatively recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Over the last few weeks, he faced the inevitable with great fortitude and devout faith.
His mortal remains will be received into St. Francis Xavier’s Church, Carfin on Sunday 9th December at 7.30pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial will take place in St. Francis Xavier’s Church, Carfin on Monday 10thDecember at 11.30am.
Please remember in your prayers, Jim’s wife, Nina, and all the McShane family at this time.
Blessed are those who die in the Lord, let them rest for ever for their good deeds go with them. Eternal rest grant unto him Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him
