Organ Recital by Professor Ian Tracey

Professor Ian Tracey, Organist Titulaire of Liverpool Cathedral, will give a recital on Wednesday 22 nd October 2025 at 7:30 in Motherwell Cathedral, drawing to a grand conclusion the programme of musical events to mark the 150 th Anniversary of the founding of the Parish of Our Lady of Good Aid in 1875.

His programme on this occasion will include a mix of traditional organ music and a few personal arrangements of well-known classics; he has agreed also to repeat his own arrangement of The Nutcracker by Tchaikowsky, which he performed to great acclaim on his last visit to Motherwell in 2015. Tickets cost £10, concessions £7.
