The Diocesan Chrism Mass will take place in Our Lady of Good Aid Cathedral Motherwell on Holy Thursday, 1st April at 11.00am.
Sadly this Mass, one of the highlights of the liturgical year, was not able to be celebrated last year, however with our Churches open in time for Holy Week, Bishop Toal will offer this Mass once again this year. With the current restrictions, the Mass will be limited to a small number of invited clergy, religious and lay, however the whole Diocesan community is still invited to join in prayer through the live streaming of the Mass.

A copy of the Order of Service with the hymns for the Mass can be downloaded below to allow you to participate as fully as possible from home.
Please do make a very special effort to watch this Mass during which the Oils will be blessed
and the priests will renew their Priestly Promises, and to pray with us and for us.
