On Friday 31st August our Diocese will warmly welcome the relics of St Therese of Lisieux on their first stop on a tour of Scotland. This promises to be a very special few days for our Diocese, filled with many graces and blessings, as we honour the Little Flower at Carfin Grotto where there has been a strong devotion to the saint for many years since Canon Taylor founded the Grotto.
A full programme has been organised for the three day visit and a greta deal of work has gone into planning and organisation to ensure this is a wonderful occasion for all.
Everyone is strongly encouraged to come along to honour St Therese during this time, to visit and venerate her relics and to celebrate the Sacraments. Full details can be found below.
